Anyone else have this problem?
I cry. I cry a lot. I cry during movies, tv shows, commercials, and previews for movies.
I cried hearing the names of the runners as they finished the marathon in Phoenix yesterday.
I cry when people I love are hurt. I cry when people I love are happy. I cry at memories of people I love.
I cry with laughter sometimes, but I've always had the ability to do that.
I never used to cry. I had to watch certain movies to possibly get those tears a-flowin'. But they didn't just spring out of my eyes for any reason in the world. I don't know why they do this to me. Is it because I'm hormonally messed up after having kids? Is it that I've become a much more empathetic person than I used to be? Is it because I forced myself to cry everyday for a stinking play and still haven't gotten over the muscle memory?
I don't know why, but I cry a lot. Generally for other people, which is good. If I cried for myself then I'd be a very depressed person.
Am I the only bawl baby out there????

Nope Shelly, you certainly aren't!
I cry for pretty much anything lately. Mostly for others because I feel helpless!
Um... yes... yes you are...
Hee Hee Just kidding. It's gotta be those loveable kids that we have.
It's because you've had kids and been pregnant. I am sappy for stupid things like movies and commercials and when the morning guys on the radio play crank calls on unsuspecting people. I am less likely to cry if it's really personal to me. I think I'm messed up.
Oh, I am crying reading your post! Ha ha. You're not alone. I have to check myself often so people don't think I have totally lost it.
I have a feeling you know MY answer to this one! lol! I'm the biggest bawl baby ever. I've improved a ton and gotten tougher, but my emotions are VERY close to the surface! Once a bishop told me that a woman's emotions were a very sacred thing, and to never try to change it because it is part of being a woman, the way God intended us. I think that is true. So cry on, Shelly!
